Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, phone, business name, and business type when you submit a consultation request or contact form. We also collect customer-volume estimates you share to help recommend the right plan.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to consultation requests, prepare dormant-base audits, schedule appointments, and communicate about our services. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Client Business Records
When you become a client, the customer records you share for reactivation campaigns are kept separate and private to your account. Your customer data is never shared with other clients or used for any purpose outside your reactivation campaign.
Outreach Performed on Your Behalf
Reactivation outreach is performed in your business's name, using an approved company email address and customer information you are authorized to share. You approve the messaging before outreach begins, and you may pause or stop it at any time.
Access We Require
To run a campaign we need a copy of your dormant customer list (names, contact details, and last purchase or booking date), an approved sending email address or domain, and access to your CRM or preferred tracking workbook. We never request or store passwords to your payment, banking, or booking systems.
Data Retention & End of Relationship
Client customer records are retained only for the duration of the service relationship. When the relationship ends, outreach stops immediately and we return your records to you and delete our copies within 30 days of your instruction, confirming the deletion in writing. You may also request deletion of your records at any time during the engagement.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Access to client data is restricted to authorized personnel working on your account, and each client's records are kept separate.
Cookies & Analytics
We may use basic analytics to understand site usage and improve our services. We do not use your data for cross-site advertising.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us through the Contact page.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
