Services
TBC provides dormant-account audit and reactivation outreach services for small businesses. Specific deliverables depend on your selected plan: Essentials ($699/mo), Growth ($999/mo), or Account Management+ ($1,299/mo).
Consultations & Payment
Your initial consultation is free. No payment is collected at booking. After your intro meeting, if both parties agree to proceed, you will be invoiced separately for your selected plan. Payment terms are specified on your invoice.
Sample Performance Figures
Any statistics, recovery rates, or revenue figures displayed on this site are sample performance figures for illustrative purposes. Actual results depend on your customer base, niche, and engagement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate customer data, respond to outreach needs, and maintain the confidentiality of any shared materials. You are responsible for complying with applicable marketing and communication laws for your customer base.
Record Separation
Each client's business records are kept separate. TBC does not commingle client data and does not use one client's customer list for another client's benefit.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice per the terms of your service agreement. Outstanding invoices for services already rendered remain due.
Limitation of Liability
TBC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service period in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable local law.
