Terms of Service
Effective: October 29, 2026
Services
TBC provides dormant-account audit and reactivation outreach services for small businesses. Specific deliverables depend on your selected plan: Essentials ($699/mo), Growth ($999/mo), or Account Management+ ($1,299/mo).
Consultations & Payment
Your initial consultation is free. No payment is collected at booking. After your intro meeting, if both parties agree to proceed, you will be invoiced separately for your selected plan. Payment terms are specified on your invoice.
Payment Timing
Nothing is charged at booking. After your free intro meeting you are invoiced for your first month — $699 (Essentials), $999 (Growth), or $1,299 (Account Management+) — and monthly thereafter. All plan details and costs are confirmed on your call before any invoice is issued.
No Guaranteed Results
We do not publish performance statistics we cannot document, and we do not guarantee any specific number of reactivations, bookings, or recovered revenue. Results depend on your customer base, niche, and engagement.
Client Data & Access
You agree to provide customer information you are authorized to share, an approved company email address or sending domain, and access to your CRM or tracking workbook. TBC will not request access to your payment, banking, or booking systems.
Data at Termination
Outreach stops immediately when the relationship ends. We return your records to you and delete our copies within 30 days of your instruction, and confirm the deletion in writing.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate customer data, respond to outreach needs, and maintain the confidentiality of any shared materials. You are responsible for complying with applicable marketing and communication laws for your customer base.
Record Separation
Each client's business records are kept separate. TBC does not commingle client data and does not use one client's customer list for another client's benefit.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice per the terms of your service agreement. Outstanding invoices for services already rendered remain due.
Limitation of Liability
TBC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service period in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable local law.
